What we collect

Score calculator inputs: nothing. Any values you enter into the score calculator are processed entirely in your browser — never transmitted to our servers, never stored on our servers, never logged. We have no infrastructure that could receive your input.

Note: do not enter patient-identifying information (name, MRN, DOB) into the calculator. The calculator only requires raw scores and an age band — there is no need for identifying information, and entering it serves no purpose.

Aggregate site usage: we use a privacy-friendly analytics provider that records aggregate visit counts, page paths, and referrers. No tracking cookies. No advertising trackers.

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies.

HIPAA / GDPR / patient data

The site is not designed for storage of identifiable patient data. Do not enter PHI. Use your EHR or your CPT vendor's HIPAA-compliant platform for actual patient documentation.

Third-party links

This site links out to vendor pages, FDA records, and PubMed. Those sites have their own privacy policies. Outbound links to axoncpt.com (the same parent organization) carry rel="sponsored".
